A New Year's Prayer


God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob,

As we enter this new year, we approach you with hearts filled with gratitude for the blessings of the past and hope for the future. Thank you for the gift of life and the opportunities each new day brings. We surrender the year ahead to us, seeking your guidance, wisdom, and strength in all our endeavors.

Lord, bless our homes with harmony, our communities with peace, and our world with unity. Let your love be the driving force behind our actions, and may we be instruments of grace in the lives of those we encounter. Grant healing to the hurting, comfort to the grieving, and strength to those facing adversity. In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray for your abundant blessings in the coming year, that we may walk in faith, trust in your unfailing love, and experience the joy that comes from knowing you. 

Amen.
